MD Physiotherapy prides itself on contributing regularly to charity and other good causes and would like thank you for helping by buying your raffle tickets!!
This voucher entitles you 3 treatment sessions which can be used any time before the date shown on your voucher.
Appointments are available on Mondays and Thursdays between 7.30pm and 9pm.
For each session, appropriate clothing should be worn to allow easy access to the body ie. men should wear shorts and women should wear shorts and a vest top.
